Finding a beautiful café just a stroll away added to our mornings. The rooms felt cozy, and the staff, especially Mr Sercan, were extremely friendly and helpful.

However, a few housekeeping issues were noticeable. While the room was clean, some linens had stains, which was a downside for our otherwise pleasant stay.

A charming historic building with an excellent location near the water, making it easy to access Sultanahmet and more. The staff is notably polite and helpful, and they provide many complimentary amenities. Yet, breakfast offerings could benefit from more variety. Room cleanliness and air conditioning issues were also noted during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay with incredibly kind staff right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore famous spots like Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern just a short walk away. plus, the nearby cafes offered the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We had a fantastic time! The pool was super relaxing, and we loved unwinding at the rooftop terrace with amazing views. The only downside was the room size, which felt a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin our fun overall. 😊

While the inside has been remodeled, some finishes show signs of wear, though the overall cleanliness keeps it from being a deal-breaker. The television options were disappointing, with only a handful of English channels available, making it tough to unwind with some enjoyable programming after a day of exploring. There were also limitations in the bathroom, with only two hooks available, which could feel cramped for larger families. Maneuvering heavy luggage through the narrow entrance way can be tricky, so it's best to ask your driver for a drop-off on the wider side of the street.

The stay was quite pleasant overall. The friendly staff quickly accommodated our requests, and I particularly appreciated the approach of the front desk team during our time there. The location was fantastic, being close to major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, all within a short walk. However, the room I stayed in felt quite small and lacked some privacy due to noise from adjacent rooms.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, so close to must-see spots like the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The junior suite was super spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a nice spread of fresh pastries and a cool omelette station. Air conditioning kept us cool, and the room was clean and quiet despite being central. Wifi worked great, too.

The location is perfect for exploring, everything is just a short stroll away! Plus, the room was super clean and cozy.

I fell in love with the charming ambiance! The hotel is a beautifully restored historical building, offering a cozy vibe that transports you back in time. The location couldn't be better-just a quick stroll to magnificent landmarks

The Superior Double Room was pretty spacious, had a huge wardrobe, and a small fridge. Beds were comfy, but a bit too soft for my son’s liking. Shower was nice, though the bathroom was small. Curtains did a great job blocking out the light, and I loved that I could open the windows for fresh air. USB sockets by the beds were handy, but having just one outlet near the door was a bit annoying for charging devices. Overall, it was a cozy spot to return to after a day out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mercure Istanbul. The location is perfect for exploring historical sites, and the staff's friendliness. The air-conditioning could use improvement, which impacted my comfort a bit. A fantastic experience in this beautiful city!
